How-to deal with oncoming car on residental roads having stationary cards or obstructions

1. A – obstruction on my side, road driveway for both cars, oncoming car has the same distance to obstruction as me – don’t slow down or stop as i can pass the obstruction on my wide of the road without crossing the central broken line.
2. B – obstruction on my side, road is slight narrow but has driveway for both cars, oncoming car has the same distance to obstruction as me – slow down but don’t stop as i can pass the obstruction on my wide of the road without crossing the central broken line.
3. C – obstruction on my side, road is narrow but has driveway for both cars, oncoming car is closer to obstruction than me / faster than me – slow down but don’t stop as the car will pass obstruction before me
4. D – obstruction on my side, road is narrow and driveway only on oncoming car’s side, oncoming car has the same speed as me – stop well behind the obstruction, let oncoming car pass then drive through by passing the obstruction on other side of the road
